1Overview

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all course enrollments and consultancy services purchased through our website, checkout page, or office. We aim to keep our policies simple and fair for every student.

2Cancellation Before Course Start

If you cancel your enrollment before the course start date, you are eligible for a full refund of the course fee, minus a nominal processing fee of 5% of the course fee (capped at ₹500).

3Refund During the Course

  • Within the first 7 days or first 2 classes (whichever is earlier): you may cancel and receive a 75% refund of the course fee.
  • After 7 days or 2 classes: fees are non-refundable, but you may be offered a transfer to another batch or course of equal value, subject to availability.
  • Recorded sessions already accessed: a proportionate amount for the accessed content may be deducted.

4Non-Refundable Items

The following are not refundable under any circumstances:

  • Registration / seat booking charges.
  • Study abroad application and university submission fees (once submitted).
  • Charges for services already fully delivered, such as completed counselling sessions or SOP drafting.
  • Examination, certification, or courier charges already incurred.

5Study Abroad Services

For study abroad packages, application and university fees are non-refundable once your application has been submitted. Unutilised counselling hours and documentation services may be refunded on a pro-rata basis if cancelled before work begins.

6EMI & Installment Plans

If you paid via an EMI or installment plan, refunds are calculated on the amount actually paid by you, not the total plan value. Any interest or processing charges levied by your bank or financing partner are not refundable by us.

7Refund Process & Timeline

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–15 business days of approval.
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method (UPI, card, or bank account).
  • You will receive a confirmation email with the refund details and expected timeline.

8How to Request a Refund

To request a cancellation or refund, email us at info@rajatconsultancy.com with:

  • Your full name and phone number.
  • The Order ID from your checkout receipt.
  • The course or service purchased.
  • The reason for cancellation.

Our team will respond within 48 hours on working days.
